摘要

拳击运动竞技水平飞速发展,要求中国建立优秀拳击教练员人才培养体系。本研究从管理学人力资源角度出发,认为要拥有可持续发展的优秀拳击教练员队伍体系,必须拥有一套科学的拳击教练员人才管理体系,将能够胜任拳击教练员岗位的或者具有发展潜力的拳击教练员甄别、选拔出来,才能以一种科学、客观的准则对拳击教练员进行选拔、培训和考评。

通过文献查阅、资料收集及行为事件访谈法、数理统计分析方法等进行研究,通过对中国优秀拳击教练员进行行为事件访谈提取拳击教练员胜任力要素,构建初始拳击教练员胜任力量表,对开发量表进行信、效度检验,并对收集数据进行探索性因素分析,探索中国拳击教练员胜任力模型维度结构;对中国拳击教练员胜任力模型进行验证性因素分析,利用结构方程模型数学方法验证胜任力模型维度结构,探讨各维度之间关系,验证拳击教练员胜任力模型维度结构;提出中国拳击教练员胜任力模型并以拳击教练员绩效作为效标对其胜任力模型进行实证效度检验;探讨中国拳击教练员胜任力模型在拳击教练员人力资源管理实践中具体运用。通过构建中国拳击教练员胜任力模型,促进中国拳击教练员选拔、培养、管理的科学化。

 

ABSTRACT

  Boxing competitive level of rapid development, China's demand for the establishment of excellent boxing coach personnel training system.This study from the management learn from the perspective of human resources of think to have the sustainable development of the excellent boxing coaches system must have a set of scientific boxing coaches talent management system, will qualify boxing coaches or has the development potential of the boxing coach member screening, selected to in a scientific, objective criteria for boxing coaches selection, training and evaluation.Through literature review, data collection and behavior event interview, mathematical statistics analysis method and so on.Through of elite Chinese boxing coaches of behavioral event interview extract the competency of boxing coaches to construct initial boxing coaches competence scale, the development of table for reliability and validity, and to collect data for exploratory factor analysis and explore a is competent at the dimensions of force model of Chinese boxing coaches.The Chinese boxing coaches competent force model with confirmatory factor analysis, using structural equation model method confirms the competent force model dimension structure, and to investigate the relationship between the dimensions and verify the boxing coaches competency dimensions of force model.This part puts forward the competency model of Chinese boxing coach and carries on the empirical validity test to the boxing coach's performance as the criterion.To explore the competency model of Chinese boxing coaches in the practice of human resource management in boxing coaches.Through constructing the competency model of Chinese boxing coach, to promote the selection, training and scientific management of Chinese boxing coaches.
