摘要
根据全球创业观察(GEM)的有关报告,从1890年以后到现在,创业导向的战略实施不仅促进了科技和贸易的发展,而且也推动着世界百分之九十以上经济增长发展,也就是说,市场经济的发展和融合会受到创业导向的战略实施的影响。虽然,随着经济全球化的发展和各国鼓励创新创业的政策惠及越来越的企业,并对社会发展产生着巨大推动作用,也使得越来越多学者关注创业与创业管理的研究,然而由于现有创业管理的研究范围仍存在广泛性和理论性的不足,各国创业管理的实践也存在着复杂性与动态性等原因,因而对创业管理研究中的一些关键问题或关键领域仍存在研究不足等问题,需要开展开展持续的、实证的研究,以丰富和发展相关创业管理理论。通过激发国民的创业热情来促进科技和经济的发展和繁荣,尤其是对于创新驱动带来的经济发展所产生的长尾效应,以逐渐成为各国政府和学者们的共识。因此,国内外都有大量学者们对创业导向、商业模式创新和创业绩效等一些列问题的研究也开始融入到不同的情景之中,以此希望寻找或发现促进创新创业发展的一般规律性的理论,并希望这些理论能够持续对创业型中小微企业发展有所指导作用。
中国现在已是世界第二大经济体,其经济的发展已开始从原来的“模仿追随”向“创新驱动”转型,这就需要创造更多更好地理论和实践环境,为无数创新创业型企业的发展提供有力支持和保障,才可以有效激活创新发展的原生动力和市场发展的持续活力。中国的“新三板”市场就是中国政府为适应经济的高速发展,鼓励国内的中小微企业以创新驱动的理念,大胆开展创业活动,以优化中国经济的发展结构和丰富中国经济的发展层次,为中国顺利实现经济结构调整、提升经济发展质量、实现生态经济和谐发展打下坚实基础。作为一个场外资本市场,“新三板”市场一方面为更多中小微企业的成长提供了非常宽松的融资渠道,另一方面也是对这些创新创业型企业生存和成长能力的检验。
中国 “新三板”市场虽然只是个场外资本市场,但它对企业支持的导向性的政策却非常明显——鼓励和扶持创新创业型中小微企业。而新兴发展的、有着高新技术背景的中小微企业,不仅可以通过新三板这一资本运作平台的作用能获得大量的资金、技术各要素和生存成长所需要的物质储备,而且也能逐渐完善中小微企业的市场化融资模式、资产评估和企业管理规范等机制,从而为创新创业的发展要素和中小微企业的持续快速发展提供有力保障。本文将以“新三板”企业为研究对象,在以往研究的基础上,结合中国的情景,重点研究创业导向与创业绩效之间的关系。本文通过对中国“新三板”创新创业型中小微企业进行抽样调查,并对企业公布的年报财务数据进行整理和分析,再运用描述性统计、因子分析和回归分析等数理统计方法,对创业导向与创业绩效之间的关系进行实证研究,以验证相关的理论假设。
全文分为六个章节。第一章为绪论,介绍了研究的背景、意义、理论基础、方法和内容。第二章为文献综述,全面介绍了创业导向、创业绩效、商业模式创新、新三板的研究成果。第三章为研究假设,分析了创业导向、创业绩效、商业模式创新三者之间的逻辑关系,构建了理论模型。第四章为研究设计,介绍了数据分析方法和问卷设计的全过程。第五章为数据分析与结果讨论,对模型的假设进行了逐一的检验。第七章为结论与展望。
ABSTRACT
According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) of the relevant reports, from 1890 to the present, over 90 percent of world economic growth is obtained by the implementation of the strategy of entrepreneurial orientation obtained, which means business-oriented strategy will affect the development of market economy. Although researches on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial management is more and more, because of the broad range of research entrepreneurship, business management practices complexity and dynamic nature of other reasons, some of the key issues about entrepreneurial management research isn’t effectively addressed. In view of the recent years of pioneering research of heat rising, entrepreneurial orientation issues are concerned by researchers increasingly. More and more studies on international and domestic corporate entrepreneurial orientation of the large number of scholars have done.
The new three board market provides a very relaxed conditions for the growth of high-tech small and medium companies. By the action of the new three board capital operation platform, small and medium enterprises with background of high-tech can not only get a lot of capital, technology and markets to grow the various elements of physical reserves, but also improve the market-based financing model, asset valuation, corporate governance norms and other mechanisms, so that enterprises can develop rapidly. this article will research new three board companies for the study, based on previous result, under the Chinese scenario, using descriptive statistics, factor analysis and regression analysis, mathematical statistics method to validate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.
The full article is divided into seven chapters. First chapter introduces the background, meaning, theoretical foundation, methods and content of the study. The second chapter is literature review, showing a comprehensive introduction to entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial performance, business model innovation, research three new board. Chapter three is hypotheses, analyzing the logic between entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial performance and business model innovation. And construct a theoretical model. The fourth chapter is study design, describing the whole process of data analysis methods and questionnaire design. The fifth chapter is the result of data analysis and discussion of the assumptions of the model one by one. Chapter five is case studies, describing real-world examples verification by empirical results. Chapter seven is the conclusion and prospect.
